This smoothie is my signature shake, which I make almost daily. It is packed with nutrients and all the delicious flavors I love in a smoothie. Also, a shoutout to the Moonshot Museum in Pittsburgh for the excellent cup!

Prep Time: 5 mins ~ Cook Time: 1 min ~ Total Time: 6 minutes ~ Servings: 1
Ingredients:
8oz organic soy milk
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, açaí, etc.)
1 tsp almond butter
1 banana, peeled
1/2 cup frozen spinach or kale
3 tsp hemp seeds
1 date
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
